Croydon Primary Care trust has selected Lancaster House Dental Practice as a key provider for specialist Minor Oral Surgery Services. Patients who were previously referred to local hospitals for treatment, such as removal of wisdom teeth, will now have this treatment from our highly experienced team.
This service is free to patients who are registered with a doctor in Croydon. You will also be seen much sooner than if referred to hospital.
Your dentist will refer you to our specialist Oral Surgeon to have treatment under local anaesthetic.
Once we have received your referral we shall contact you to arrange your appointment. If the appointment is no longer required or not suitable please contact the practice as soon as possible as missed appointments or late cancellations, (less than 48 hours notice), may mean that you will be taken off the list and we can not offer you any further NHS appointments.
After your treatment has been completed you will be discharged back to the care of your regular dentist.
